Belief Coding® is a form of cognitive rewiring that works directly with the subconscious mind, where many of our fears, emotional patterns and limiting beliefs are stored.

How does it work?

The subconscious mind’s role is to keep us safe. As well as controlling automatic bodily functions like breathing, it also stores memories, emotions, experiences and learned responses from throughout our lives.

Sometimes, after difficult or emotionally painful experiences, the mind creates protective beliefs or patterns to help us avoid being hurt again. These can show up as self-doubt, fears, triggers, procrastination, people-pleasing, perfectionism or feeling stuck in certain areas of life.

During a Belief Coding® session, I guide you to access the root cause of these patterns at a subconscious level, which is often different from what the conscious mind thinks the issue is.

Using a combination of subconscious techniques and neuro tools, we work to release outdated emotional responses and recode new beliefs that support how you want to feel, behave and show up in the world.

This isn’t just positive thinking or mindset work.

It’s about changing the emotional response attached to old beliefs, so the shift is not only something you think… but something you genuinely begin to feel within your body.

How is Belief Coding different to coaching or therapy?

Mindset coaching and therapy can be incredibly valuable for helping you understand yourself more deeply.

They can help you recognise patterns, explore where certain fears or behaviours may have come from, and bring awareness to how you want to feel moving forward.

But many people reach a point where they think:

“I understand why I feel this way… but why does it still feel so heavy?”

Or:

“I know where this comes from… but I still can’t seem to shift it.”

This is often because insight alone doesn’t always change the emotional response stored within the subconscious mind. Belief Coding® works differently because it focuses on the emotion attached to the belief or memory, not just the conscious understanding of it.

Rather than simply talking about a past experience, we work with the subconscious patterns and emotional responses connected to it, helping the mind and body feel safe enough to release what is no longer needed.

Interestingly, the root cause we uncover is often very different from what the conscious mind initially believes is the issue.

Many clients describe feeling lighter, calmer or emotionally freer after just one session, even when they’ve been carrying something for years.

Is it like hypnotherapy?

Belief Coding® is different to hypnotherapy; you remain fully aware and in control throughout the entire session. There is no trance state, and you are able to communicate normally the whole way through.

Who Am I?
